The Rolling Stones, Elvis and U2 played there. Now Men in Suits (my band) will be featured at a Canadian Music Week “showcase” May 9. The Warmup Band is The fabulous Muso Project at 8 pm. Men in Suits starts at 9:15 pm and play till midnight.
We’ll be featuring Duke McKenzie in some Hip Hop Mashups and also playing our new (soon to be hit) recording Morning Light.

It’s an anthem for social change. “She” represents people who through love can collectively build a better world using the power of the Net. The first part is 60’s then into a 2013 hip hop — leading back and forth to crescendo. We’re asking a Marquis Rapper to do the hiphop — stay tuned for an announcement. There will then be contest on the Internet to do the music video with a significant prize. All proceeds will go to a charity.

Men in Suits celebrates the annual Movember fundraiser at Rock n’Mo’s third annual gathering in support of prostate cancer awareness, testicular cancer awareness and men’s mental health initiatives.
This year ‘s Rock n’Mo event will feature a Silent Auction, Raffle Prizes, Food & Drink Sampling stations, Live Music, Moustache Photo Creations & Many More Fun Surprises.

EAT. ART. LOVE. is the inaugural charity event presented by Leave Out Violence (LOVE) in an effort to raise awareness and spread a message of non-violence within our growing community through art, food, friends and fun.
The Extension Room at 30 Eastern Avenue in Toronto will play host to MEN IN SUITS, as they take the stage, covering the classics with a performance by The Extension Room’s very own aerialists!
Photography by some of LOVE’s exceptionally talented Youth Leaders will be in the spotlight alongside artwork donated by international and local artists to be auctioned off, adding some friendly competition to the evening. All the while, guests will delight over hors d’oeuvres, satisfy their sweet tooth at the Candy Bar (sponsored by LOL Candy) and top it off with a delicious LOVE cupcake (sponsored by The Sugar Spot). Our featured LOVE cocktail, wine and beer will be served throughout the evening.
